What are the hall fees? Being in Tooting, the halls are competitively priced. As of the academic year 2008/09, a room in halls costs £98:70 per week. The weekly rate for 2009/10 has yet to be decided, but please note that all fees are subject to an annual revision.
You sign an Accommodation Licence for 42 weeks including the Christmas and Easter Vacations and must pay for the whole 42 weeks unless you can find a suitable replacement student to take up your tenancy.
Normally you can only stay in a hall for your first year but it is usually easy to find private housing for other years and we will give you advice during the year about how to do this.
